Shellshock is located in Chicago,
just east of Grant Park, at Monroe Harbor. She is docked at mooring can North
November 29 (NN29). You will need this information you board the Tender Service
at the Monroe Harbor Master. Usually the tender covers half of the harbor
by taking either the North or South side. Make sure that you board the tender
that goes North, then tell them (when asked) that you are going November
29.
During holidays and special events, please call Monroe Harbor (312 742
7643) to check the schedule of the tener service and harbor closures. Following
are a few methods of transportation to get you to Monroe Harbor.
via automobile
You can park in the Monroe
Street Garage (the automobile entrance is located on Columbus Drive,
between Randolph and Monroe). To minimize your walk, park your car in the
orange area, under section S, with the airplane graphic. There is an hourly

via CTA train lines
All the Chicago CTA train lines have a stop within
walking distance from Monroe Harbor. Download the pdf for more accurate

via bicycle
You can lock up your bike along any of the bike lock up stations
by the harbor. There is also the McDonald's Cycle Center, an indoor bicycle
parking building, that offers free parking, but closes at 2000. Although,
if you are a member, you can get to your bike 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week.
via cab
Have the cab drop you off (or pick you up) at the Chicago Yacht
